  1. VEGGIE BURGER RECIPE:

    INGREDIENTS:

    1 cup kidney beans

    1 cup cauliflower and brokkoli

    1 rasped carrot

    1/2 cup corn

    soy sauce

    grounded almonds

    1. mix beans, carrots, brokkoli and cauliflower in a blender

    3. add the corn

    4. season with the soy sauce and whatever you like

    5. form little burger and turn then into the almonds, so that you have a healthy breading. then roast in a pan, until they´re brown on each side

    * you can put an egg in the mixture as well, but it is possible to cook without and that´s what make´s the veggie burger so genius.♥
